Rossinver - Products

‘Rossinver-Grass Root Organics' is our brand new range of Irish organic speciality food that is hitting retail shelves across the country. Test-marketed initially at local Farmers' Markets the first two products, Organic Oats and Organic Tomato Relish, are now available in speciality stores nationwide. Both are produced using local artisan expertise and organic ingredients with a focus on supporting organic farmers in the North West of Ireland.

The first Rossinver Relish – a tomato based chutney with a spicy kick – is perfect accompaniment to our sausages, or with burgers, a wedge of cheese or to brighten up a sandwich. More relish and chutney varieties are coming on stream.

Rossinver Organic oats are available in speciality shops now, for porridge, muesli and baking. Our oats are sourced form organic farms in the North West of Ireland.

Rossinver Organic Sausages are available at Farmers' Markets from the Leitrim Organic Farmers' Co-op Organic Mobile Butcher. Our range includes Lamb and Pork recipes, and our customers at farmers' markets keep telling us how delicious they are! Rossinver sources its ingredients wherever possible from the region’s organic farming co-ops which support the company, and from other Irish organic farms. It’s not possible to source ingredients exclusively from our region – there just aren’t enough organic pigs here yet (but we’re working on it!) But when we are forced to look further afield, we always source all our ingredients from trusted suppliers who meet the stringent organic standards in Ireland and the UK.

Rossinver products are available in farmers' markets. Rossinver Organic Oats and Rossinver Relish is distributed by Simply Wild ( www.simplywild.ie ) and can be found in speciality food shops and delicatessens across Ireland. Rossinver Organic Sausages are a regional product, currently available in the North West at farmers' markets, sold through the Leitrim Organic Farmers' Co-op Organic Mobile Butcher.
